1. Overview

3. Our Response Process

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while we investigate.
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable) about the removal.
  • Forward a copy of the notice to the alleged infringer, who may then submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a written counter-notice to support@pkcasino.online. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its former location on our site.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the removed content after 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

PK Casino Guide has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not liable for any content posted by third parties. We act as an intermediary and will remove infringing content upon receiving proper notice in accordance with this policy.
